Title: Energy saver crashes after closing
Post by: dominique120 on July 12, 2010, 02:09:39 am
When I activate energy saver from the app it works fine but when I close the app the mother board light get stuck on phase 2 and when I reopen the app I get a message from windows 7 telling me it stopped working
Here is my rig:
Intel C2D E7500 @ stock
GA-EP45-UD3L
4GB(2x2) Patriot extreme @ 800 MHz
XFX GTS 250 @ stock

I am not sure if this could be a driver problem because I think I may have screwed the driver installation

If you are referring to the Gigabyte application I wouldn't advise installing these programs along with the drivers. Most included motherboard programs are not as good as many free ones out on the web. I would say uninstall it and find something else. If you still have a problem after it's gone try re-installing the drivers.
