I don't know exactly what makes someone good at it but I have a certain understanding of the proceedures and equiptment involved. Actually I have just done a FAQ(waiting for runn3R to approve it) on the subject. If you would like to start a new thread in the appropriate section I would be more than happy to give any guidance I can.

I see, well link me there, when its good to go. But am not an hardcore overclocker, but i will do some. Mostly i will be gaming we are talking 24/7  ;D Is it worth the money for me to even get water cooling CPU, GPU and the bridge? I got Corsair obsidian 800D, so we are talking about triple 120mm fans here. Its nice to keep the components coo,l longer the life spawn and less noise. But not sure if its worth it really for my use what you think?
