Greetings,
http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_z370-aorus-gaming-7.pdf
Both of your selections are compatible. I recommend going with a "k" series unlocked CPU. I would suggest going with 3200Mhz RAM. While you will lose a little clock speed (16-18-18-36 vs. 15-17-17-35), its more common than 3000Mhz memory and will offer better "future proof" compatibility should you decide to upgrade again.
I'm using 3200Mhz LPX RAM with this chipset and unlocked CPU. Its working perfectly. SPD detects at 2133, XMP took me right to 3200Mhz. Stable and overclock-able if you wish.

Use the QVL for your board.
