Greetings,
RAM is supported.  What CPU are you using it wiht?  The RAM SPD detects at 1333 and 9-9-9-24.  Should run right out of the box at 1333 or 1600, no issues.  Did you recently update the BIOS?  Try re-settings it.  Load set up defaults.  DIMMs should work as pair in black or gray slots.

Try this...  install one DIMM , start system, enter BIOS, enable XMP profile, F10 to save and shutdown, then add the second DIMM.  Results?  Does this system start with either DIMM installed (by itself)?

CPU is a 4790k, the bios I have updated just released as I usually do not remember when but it's been a while, I've always had this problem but I never gave importance, but now I would like to understand why .... tomorrow if I find the time I'll try to do the tests you've told me and I'll let you know, thanks for your reply

Sure.  I have the same CPU, it supports what your configuration.  Basically what you want to do is get the system to run with one, then two installed sticks.

First test, set XMP with one stick installed, see if it will boot after installing the second stick.  The goal is achieving 2133  without further intervention.

If this doesn't work, you might have to try setting timing and voltages manually in M.I.T.

9-9-9-24 @1.5v should run at 1333/1600
10-11-11-31  @1.5 should run at 2133  < this setting might require a slight OC on the CPU as this is above native FSB speed.

Other option, try BIOS F6 (if not already done with this RAM).

i try your setting, but don't work in any mode, system start good with 1 bank i set xmp, save, shutdown, insert second bank and system don't start ..... shut down remove 1 bank and restart set multiplier on advanced manual mode to 10-11-11-31 at 21.33, save, restart and system work good, but insert second bank system don't start

I think 2 slots do not work .... the first 2 slots those towards the atx cable one gray and one black also work individually, while the other 2 slots one gray and one black singly, inserting only one desk in one of these slots, the system does not start

try to reflash F7 bios but not change situation ....not possible to flash F6 bio because have bios protection downgrade
