Title: X570 Aorus Master + RGB Fusion
Post by: Rookie1986 on October 20, 2019, 09:58:03 am
Hey,

After a failed support ticket (opened on 9/30/2019 and still no response from Gigabyte) I thought I would try my luck here to see if anyone would be able to offer some support // advice.

During boot and before RGB Fusion launches my RAM (G.Skill Trident Z Neo) flows flawlessly between the RGB scale, when the RGB Fusion software takes control of the RGB lighting it seems to jump/stutter rather than flow smoothly. Is there a way to fix this so the transition between the colours is smooth like it is during boot?

Any advice welcome :)

Regards,

Greetings,
Very subtle, but I understand if it bothers you.  This is a timing issue that I have seen come and go with various boards.

The cause is often a combination of things. BIOS revision, BIOS settings, Type of RAM, etc.  The one thing that does usually cause the behavior is the software itself.  Some versions run flawlessly, and in perfect sync, then an update breaks it, then it gets fixed, etc.  Its not been consistent in every hardware scenario.  If you are running "Fast Boot", try disabling that.

I should add...  an over clock can cause this behavior as well.
