Hi,
I would like to uplift my operating system from windows 7 to win10 on my motherboard. I managed to boot off a DVD drive with win10 install iso as I could not boot from a USB flash drive no matter what settings I used. If anyone else could boot from USB flash drive, please let me know your settings ? The USB flash boot is not my main issue, once I boot from the USB CD rom the windows installation fails after it starts writing files to the disk. The exact error I get is this:
A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a DVD, USB or Hard disk driver. If you have a CD, DVD or USB flash drive with the driver on it, please insert it now. Note: If the installation media for windows is in the DVD drive or on a USB drive you can safely remove it for this step.
If I cancel from that window the installation fails and returns to the start of the install. Any ideas where I can get the drivers to allow it to continue ?
Thank you kindly
Gavin
