Hi All
I am having issues with RGB Fusion, more specifically if installed on my machine it causes regular crashes of windows and the only way to get windows back is to do a hard reset. I even had to go into Safe Mode to uninstall it.
Googling the issue shows that this is common but couldn't find a thread about it here on the forum.
I have tried installing the latest version from the app center, the standalone installation and even older versions (Pre 2.0) and they all have the same issue of crashing Windows.
I'm trying to control the RGB lights on the MB and also a Phanteks Halos Lux Digital LED 120mm Fan Frame plugged into the header on the MB.
My Build is as follows -
Aorus X570 AORUS ELITE (BIOS F12h)
Ryzen 3700x
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz C16 (Running XMP)
WD Blue M.2 250GB (Boot Drive)

Greetings,
I'm using it on my Z390. Have 2 actually and both are working just fine. I've been backwards and forwards through every setting and zone. After I installed it initially and started to play with it, I had the lights going nuts and my Dad was like you aren't going to leave my machine like that are you? ;D
So I had to back track to get all of the settings calmed down again.
I use Gigabyte RGB for the board and a EVGA Utility for the GPU. It has a greater degree of flexibility since the Gigabyte RGB only works with supported Gigabyte cards.
Only issue for me is my RAM will not go dark when the system sleeps. There is a setting for this in BIOS, but It doesn't work in F10 or F11, only off or on 100% of the time. Its a known issue and frankly not something I wanted to pursue.
As of 6/17/2020 B20.0529.1 is the must current version available.
Have you reviewed System Event Viewer? Do errors for the event appear?
What are the steps you do to reproduce the crash exactly?
Have you considered opening a ticket with support?
