DTS: X® Ultra How does it work? Does it work via HDMI?

as usual operating manual not poorly written and does not explain anything well!

1. DTS: X® Ultra works on the z590-aorus-master motherboard
with a built-in video card in an 11900K processor  HDMI 2.0 ?
or through SPIDF?

2. is it possible to connect to the receiver and get 7.1.4?

3.  does it turn 2 channels into DTS: X  ?

4. DTS: X that only works with HDMI 2.0
why are nothing listed in the operating instructions?
