I just checked, mine is "BIOS Type AMI (12/31/2013)". It has 24 peeps before it auto off then on again, there's no indication what it means in the AMI section.

Ok how the computer boots is the first thing it looks for is the CPU & than Memory & than Video.
I pull the battery and set the cmos jumper for a few minutes. Then put every back to normal. Then try just one stick of memory.
This just happen or did you just setup this board?
If you get it to boot first set it default settings. Reboot and than setup bois backup.

I was working fine for years then suddenly like that, i encounter ram fault before but it will not auto off if ram having issues, just keep long peeps all the way until you turn off.

Could it be the power supply issue?

The fans coming on when this is happening? If they are it can only a few things.
1. Memory
2. CPU
3. The CPU 4 pin power plug or 4 pin socket has gone bad.
4. The Motherboard has gone bad.
You are going to have to test the memory one stick at a time. Try reseating the CPU. Try another PSU.
Parts do go bad over time. Plus what I'm reading out there is memory or the memory socket went bad.
Looking at the book you can run 1 stick or memory in any socket.
It could even be the CPU all the memory runs through the CPU as channels.
