Hi I have just replied to your other post in the UD3 noises thread. Please don't post in multiple places at once it just becomes confusing for the people trying to help.
If you go onto your other post and delete it we can continue here. Thanks.

No problem already done! runn3R is obviously on the ball this morning ;D
After listening to your sound clip I think what you are complaining about is a latency problem. I am not sure because the clip wasn't that clear. Have you tested for latency? If not try installing DPCLatency checker and see what the results are. You can download it from here: http://www.thesycon.de/deu/latency_check.shtml

got a problem with the link for the audio clip. can you re-post a good link?

Hi, i cant attach the file to this post. I'm passing the test of latency, and i will send results later.
You can copy the complete link in to direction bar and press enter ;)

The link is good it's just that you will need to copy and paste the WHOLE link into your browser.
Try this:

No! the link is being truncated for some reason. ???

OK, it's much easier with the whole address!

Have you checked that you have a good earth on your system right back to the mains?
-
Yes, i havent problem with earth.
I passed the test, the results:
For 20 seconds this happened, then returned to normal.
-
That's the problem then. Finding what is causing it could take more time though. You will need to disable all of the background programs that are not important to run the machine and then run the latency checker again. Assuming that the latency is back to normal you can then start enabling the programs one by one checking as you go.
-
maybe same problem as me : X58 and ICH10 are too hot
-
Possibly, but I think it's more likely to be a background system function or program because of the way the graph fluctuates.
-
yes ithe graph is not like me, but it sounds the same :)
-
Bad latency will give the same effect whatever the cause. It is then just a case of trying to find out why you have the problem. Often easier said than done.
-
Thanks for the latency tester didn't think they had such a thing. Definitly check your background programs and also your audio settings.

Hi!, I update my bios to latest version on gigabyte website and i will run test again for detect problems.
-
I will be very surprised if the BIOS update fixes your problem on it's own, but here's hoping.
-
I updated my bios. . but this solve it :'(. I try desativate LAN. .. audio. . VGA. USB. .. . but nothing worked.
I do not know what do to fix it. :'( :'(

I take it you meant to say it DIDN'T solve it! I would physically remove everything form your motherboar that is not completely necessary and try again adding one item at a time and testing again.

Hi, The problem could be caused by improper voltage? I just passed the test two hours and had no problems with sound.
The memory voltage was 1.50 instead of 1.65 to 1600MHz which is what I put. Also disable the power saving options.
-
Yes that would possible make sense especially the power saving options.
-
Update bios to F6m (http://www.station-drivers.com/telechargement/gigabyte/beta-bios/x58aud3r.f6m.zip). ( Fix Audio bug )
http://www.station-drivers.com/page/gigabyte/ga-x58a-ud3r.htm
-
Hi, just put that bios, I hope to settle the problem with the audio.
Even removing C1E and saving options are not solved with the previous bios and up the voltage of the RAM.
In five hours it finds the result of this bios, I hope it is good.
-
Hi!!!, With that BIOS i have solved my problem!! :) Thanks for all!!
-
Great! Good outcome 8)
-
Nice to know that a BIOS update could solve your problem. Thanks for the update.
