I found they added a new bios update but it's beta and there isn't a changelog. Can someone help me out and tell me what was changed or added? Thanks.

Ha, changelist We have discussed this topic before! To be fair it is the same on most manufacturers and not a problem limited to Gigabyte BIOS updates, they just never supply enough information about what the problem the update cures and what extra features it gives.

Ok but to me this is a must.. especially on something delicate as a bios update. We need to know what was fixed or added so we know if we need it or not.

I couldn't agree more. I have even asked the company about what differences a certain BIOS update has but they have been unable or unwilling(who knows) to tell me. As I said it is not limited to Gigabyte, I have had this problem with many companies. It would n't take a lot of meffort to add a few lines of text to say what the attributes are.

Appreciate the comments.. yeah I just don't understand it lol.. This is a first for me. I have had MSI and Asus boards.. all gave some kind of info for bios updates. Hopefully they will give some info after beta is done and final release is out. Big maybe.

Well I am also on the Asus web forum and usually I find that their BIOS update descriptions are very short and often don't convey any real info about what is covered (eg memory compatibility). It gives you an idea but that is all.

True but at least it's something lol thanks again

Well at least that's something. But I do think it wouldn't hurt to give a better description of what it does :-\
