Does a GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L support wake on lan? I can't seem to get it to work.

Well my instinct was to say "yes of course" but after checking I can't find anywhere it is mentioned and there seems to be no way of setting it up. So I am afraid the answer would have to be "No". :o

if my motherboard doesnt support it, if i buy a NIC card will i be able to still do WoL?

That is avery good question and I must admit to not being sure of the answer. I would have thought so because it can still register as a response signal and wake the machine. You would of course have to have a suitable power supply as is always the case. If you want to make sure try asking tech support. It may take a while but they should know for certain.
