Post by: Rambaaa on August 05, 2010, 09:05:06 pm
Hey

I am searching for my drivers/updates for my motherboard but I cant find it!

My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-US2H

and I got revision 1.1 but on Gigabytes website there is only revision 1.0, 1.3 and 3.3

Where can I find my drivers?

Please help!

I can't explain whyn they have missed your revision 1.1 off the list but I wouldn't think that there would be any difference in the drivers for the rev 1.0 board. If you want to play safe use these. Come to that I expect that any of the drivers for that board would work. I wouldn't say the same for BIOSes though.

ok :(, I need to find drivers for my motherboard, my CPU fan is going at 5000 RPM when playing games and 3000 RPM idle. Maybe a bios update would fix it but I need to find my rev first.

I dont know if I want to risk to install wrong drivers ,might ruin everything?

Sorry but you asked for drivers. BIOS updates you might be able to find here: http://forums.tweaktown.com/ the US version of our forum. They host lots of updates.

ah okay! Thanks for your help! I appreciate it

I found a way to reach BIOS.

On the CD you get with your motherboard there is a program called @BIOS. I used it to find the latest bios through Gigabytes database. Very easy and fast.

Thanks again!

Glad it worked out all right for you however this is a highly dangerous way to update your BIOS and is NOT RECOMMENDED
There is far more chance of something going wrong with this method and if it does you end up with an expensive door stop.
