fine , if you have a card too long which does not fall because of a chipset  

Ok with my H727 avermedia

I used a column more than 2 .2 cms with a screw to secure the card because it is now higher

Put the PCI-E x1 card in a PCI-E 2.0 (x16) slot - tell me if it works please

In theory any PCIE card will work in any slot it physically fits in.

This adapter is for use PCI-e X1 card in PCI-e X1 slot blocked by Chipset as for my GA-X58A-UD5

Look first PCI-e X1 SLOT at right of this
