Hi,

Your motherboard should accept most PCIE X16 Graphics Cards. The memory that is on the Graphics Card doesn't matter.

If I am reading your question correctly you are asking if your motherboard can accepta DDR3 or a DDR5 grphics card. The answer is either. It will accept both kinds.
