I have 2x2GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM.
My POST screen shows DRAM Frequency: 1333MHz.
Should it be 1600MHz?
What values do I need to set in BIOS (F11) to set it to 1600?

If you got XMP RAM just enable that for Extreme Memory Profile.
If not set System Memory Multiplier (SPD) to 6.0 or 11.0...and up the DRAM Voltage to 1.65V

I have my DRAM Voltage set to 1.64V as that's the highest I can go.
I don't know what XMP is.
And I was told to set my Memory Multiplier to 10.0 for 1600MHz and my BLCK to 160.
But when I do so, my computer crashes within 15 mins of a Prime95 test.

I'm trying to get my computer stable at 3.36GHz.
But within 20 minutes of my Prime95 test, my computer crashes.
My BLCK is set to 160 and I've tried memory multiplier 10.0 and 8.0.
Still same results.
I have DRAM Voltage set to 1.64 while everything else is set to Normal. [Load-Line Calibration Enabled]
I have my Turbo Boost, CIE1 [or w/e it's called], and that other turbo feature disabled.
My RAM timings are set to 8-8-8-24 as defined by the RAM box.
All the settings on it set to AUTO except for the tRFC set to 88 as defined by an OCZ Representative for my RAM.

Another thing I just noticed, even though I have my DRAM Voltage set to 1.64V in my BIOS, CPU-Z shows Slot 1 and Slot 3 at 1.5V under the SPD tab. Is that displaying correctly or is it not registering the 1.64V I set it to?

Is your computer 100% stable before you try to overclock? Because that must be your start criterior.

I was told I need to increase my QPI/Vtt Voltage with .5V of my DRAM Voltage, is this correct?
Because on Standard it shows 1.100V and that be my issue.
I'll try 1.35V and see how it goes.
I was able to get my system stable for 3 hours during a Prime95 test using "AUTO" (1333MHz) for my Memory Multiplier, but I would like it to be 1600Mhz... ;)

So you have tried not overclocking with the ram running at 1600MHz?

I never ran Prime95 on everything default so I can't tell you.
But when I set my QPI/VTT Voltage to 1.330V, it was stable for over 6 hours before I stopped it, so I can presume it's roughly 100% stable.
The only downside is that it increased my cpu temperature by 4-6C so it's not necessarily something I'm liking.
I may bring it down to 1.25V and run another 6 hour test over night and see how that goes.

I think that dropping the voltage a little would be a good idea. The problem being that just runing a stress test like Prime95 doesn't ensure system stability only that the main components can handle a heavy load. Whilst under normal conditions this isn't a problem if you are experiencing difficulties then you need to be sure of where you are starting from.

So far it has crashed within a few hours running QPI/Vtt Voltage at 1.23 and 1.25.
I will keep incrementing it until I can get it stable for 6+ hours.
But I'm still stumped as to why my CPUID's SPD tab shows my Voltage as 1.5 even though I set the DRAM Voltage to 1.64... Is this a memory compatibility/support with MoBo issue, or a BIOS issue, or am I reading it wrong?

So I assume he's correct and I don't have much to worry about with the displayed voltage in CPU-Z.

I will be very disappointed if you test the system without overclocking CPU and the RAM running at 1600MHz only for you to tell us its not stable.
OCZ might list the RAM as able to do 1600MHz @1.65V with 8-8-8-24 timings but their will be a set out there that can't.
Have you tried it with Performance Enhance to Standard?
C3/C6/C7 State Support , CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E) & CPU EIST Function set to disable?
