Hi! This is my first Gigabyte Topic.
My GA-MA 770T - UD3P work fine from F3-F10 BIOS with this setting
AMD Athlon X3 440@X4x3750Mhz(250x15) and for RAM memory Kingstone Value Ram 1333-9-9-9-24@1666-8-8-8-20 1T dual chanel ,and 2500MHz for NB, HT
Flashing new F11C BIOS Ram work only at 1666-11-11-11-30.Why???

Hi and welcome to the forum. I think that maybe you made a typing error in your post. Did you mean 1066 for the memory speed?

It could be due to the fact that the F11C is beta BIOS and although such releases are generally stable, sometimes things get missed prior to the final release.
If the tighter timings are essential to you, with your rather impressive Overclock, I would suggest that you revert to one of the earlier BIOS releases that will allow you to obtain them or wait until the final F11 BIOS version is released.
