Hi and welcome to the forum.
You will need to RMA the card to Gigabyte if it is faulty as the warranty is 3 years. But first it might be worth doing some tests. Have you another lead that you can try between the GPU and the monitor?
Is the fan still turning on the graphics card?

Hi thanks for the super fast respond
1. i'm lucky man that i did not sold my last card which is 8800 gts 512 and working fine on the same monitor and cable so i presume that cable is ok.
2. yes fun is working on the card.

Have you tried reinstalling the card in the slot? Not forgetting the power cables?
-
Yes i did, my mainboard GIGABYTE P35T-DS3P which have 2x PCI-E slots i checked both

Normally you need to choose the x16 PCIE slot nearest the CPU if you are only using one card. Is that the slot you are using now?
-
correct

If the 250 wont work in there then I think you are going to have to RMA it. Send an email here advising your problem and they will send you a form for RMA.

I am fairly sure that is alright as this is your nearest centre. Just check when you email them.

I am afraid that we have no more contact with Gigabyte Support than you do. I have been trying for a long time to get some communication line open but it doesn't seem to be happening at the moment. The only thing I could suggest is that you PM "runn3R" Gigabyte's Admin of the site and se if he can chase it up for you. ;)

Hope you got a response! Other than the GPU being the problem the only other suspect would be the PSU. When you turn a PC on it puts quite a bit of stress on the PSU, and the GTX295 uses a lot more power than a GTS250.
