Title: Intel Software Installation Utility

I'm currently using the GAEP45-UD3P version 1.6 mobo and I was wondering if when performing a clean install of Windows 7 32bit should I install the Intel Software Installation Utility first before installing the INF Chipset drivers for the OS?
