Cooler Zalman CNPS10X Extreme enter without a problem to motherboard GA-P55A-UD4 ?

I understand that you want to know if the Zalman heatsink will fit on this motherboard. Is that correct?

If it is there shouldn't be a problem as the socket is listed  as compatible by Zalman.
