hi,
i just bought a new Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 and Intel Core i7 950 some days ago.
I'm currently using the F7 bios. But the problem is the bios itself sets the voltage
automatically which kind of high. like for cpu the voltage is 1.21 , i think its high
for being a stock voltage.
as I'm new to the x58 and i7 can someone help me out with manual voltage
setting with all like cpu, nb, ppl etc .
any help would be great :)
thanks

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum
I have the same motherboard as you and i have just checked my voltages in the BIOS. They are:
CPU: 1.28
QPI: 1.15
PLL: 1.80
obviously there will be some fluctuation in these figures as they are all set to auto. I think Gigabyte might be a little generous with a lot of it's settings to help with stability.
