How long ago did you send it. It seems like ages. Still it is good that they are replacing it. ;)

Way to go Cookiebun. Now you are going to have to decide if to sell it on e-bay, keep it as a spare or send it to me!  :D

Thought your daughter might get there first but it was worth a try!  ;)

I have to say that AMD do seem to have the right approach to customer care and I have been a fan of theirs for a long time now.

Even as a Intel user I would have to admit that AMD does have the right approach to Cutomer Service and some other companies should take note.

Yes, he's a strange beast that DM but still, there's no accounting for some people! I keep telling him to come over to the light side but I think he's a bit of a coward and doesn't want to admit he's been mistaken all these years!  ;)

It will make your eyes light up, your hair fall out (oops sorry, that's already gone hasn't it?), your teeth fall out and your toes curl up.

Mmmmmmm, maybe I should think this through a bit more............................

Don't want you enjoying yourself too much, do we?  :D

Pleased that it is now all sorted for you cookiebun. I'm still prepared to give it a good home, one where the pins won't get abused, if your daughter doesn't want it!
