Hi and welcome to the Giagbyte Forum.

I have been doing some checking and according to Corsair your memory doesn't exist the nearest they have is TW3X4G1333C9 and your motherboard isn't compatible with those modules anyway.

On the Gigabyte QVL there is no mention of your memory being compatible so that is probably where your troubles lay.

Did you research the components berfore purchasing them?

Well I searched both Gigabyte and Corsair for these modules (TW3X4G1600C9D) and neither website has them on it.
If it is any use though I did find on the Gigabyte site QVL that 1600 memory is supposed to be downgraded to 1333 so it might be worth trying  that as a setting

Ok
it excuses to occupy its time

I believe that I go to throw this MB
I thought that to be good but I see that it does not fulfill anything than it promises (2200+) I wanted to deposit my confidence in gigabyte but I feel totally defrauded

thanks anyway

Whoa buddy. I didn't say the motherboard wouldn't run faster RAM I just said the the 1600Mhz memory should be  downgraded, there is a difference.  If you buy fast RAM on the following list you can OC it to 2200 Mhz

I have a 45t usb3 gigabyte mobo,currently running 2x2gig 1800mhz Patriot mem.
No problems at all, not even overclocked but they are not made anymore.
Patriot works well with all Gigabyte boards

Well where you have it set to 1600 just pull the setting back to 1333 and you can probably tighen the timings a bit in the process so you won't actually lose any speed as such.

Hi
Well in the BIOS you must have enable the XMP setting to get the memory to run at 1600 as opposed to the default so just disable that setting. It probably says Profile 1 at the moment. The memory should then revert to the default setting.
