I have two pc's and the lower spec'd one seems faster than the other, go figure. So I have experienced the same thing as you from time to time. have you tried resetting your modem/router? Update the lan drivers?

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.
You have done a lot of the diagnosis yourself already in that you have eliminated the ISP and narrowed it down to a local fault.
Do both computers connect via the same router?
Have you tried changing the LAN cable to the computer?
Have you tried rebooting and does it have any effect?
Hey you're getting a bit fast fatman!

Lol DM..was just having a look around to kick a few tyres hahahaha and I have had similar issues to the OP. Just thought I'd throw in my 0.02 worth .

Have you tried swapping the routers over to see if it's a router problem?

if there problem in mobo? or comodo firewall ?

Most probably it is software. Try disabling the firewall and leaving just your AV running and see if that makes a difference.
What AV are you using?
What browser are you using?
Can you please update your profile so I know where you are located?

Have you tried running http://www.speedtest.net/ (http://www.speedtest.net/) or similar to get a good idea between your pc's? You could get a ethernet card to try in your machine and disable your onboard lan? Just to rule out the mobo???
