Title: Dual Bios different GA-X58A-UD3R rev 1.0
Post by: Graceman on October 29, 2010, 02:38:19 pm
Now I have my Motherboard back and it has run well for several weeks after the RMA for the Noises. I have two different Bios settings in the Bios, FVB the new version and using F9 key; F3 which is an old version.
As I am now happy that the FVB version runs Ok how do I make both Bios the same?

Hi

to back-up your main BIOS you need to press ALT+F12 keys at startup. You will get a message of some description (can't remember what it is) but don't worry.

If you are using a USB Keyboard you might have some trouble getting it to work. I have an old PS2 keyboard which is much better for this kind of thing.
