Hi
How did you update the BIOS with QFlash or @BIOS?

That may well be your trouble, a bad BIOS flash. We always advise people to steer clear of @BIOS as it can be a dangerous program running on top of the OS as it does. It is far better to use the QFlash utility that is part of the BIOS. I would advise you to reflash using the proper method with QFlash and when you get to the QFlash homepage disable the option Keep DMI settings befor completing the flash. Afterwards load BIOS optimised defaults and configure everything to suit your system.

Can't get q-flash to see 1gig flash drive

Assuming that it has been formatted correctly as FAT32 there shouldn't be a major problem.
It's probably because you havent enabled Legacy USB storage  and Legay USB Devices in the BIOS. Also you need to insert the USB drive and then again in the BIOS set the boot sequence to USB HDD.

Flash drive is Fat32
All storage, and usb devices are enabled
Boot sequence to usb hd is enabled
Still will not see usb flash drive.
Seems @bios method is easier just cant start et6, everything else working perfect. ???

Is the drive inserted before booting?

If it is you do know that it will show up as a HDD probably not USB.

If it still doesn't work it's just that some drives don't seem to be comaptible with the motherboards.

Used friends 8gig Gigabyte flash drive( maybe only likes Gigabyte flash drives :) ) ,and Q-flash worked this time seeing HO1 drive.
Still cant ET6 to load or work at all.
Uninstalled/reinstalled 2 times still gives error. Can still overclock thru Bios, but that program controls cpu fan, temp sensors, volt. etc.
Will have to deal with it until new drive.
Thanks for the help!

Sorry I couldn't help you more . Personally I don't like any of these included programs with motherboards but that is probably the most useful of the lot.
