I have updated F7B --> F7C without no change to default BIOS parameters with @BIOS

I restart and i have after 250µS value for latency ( bad before 20µS )

I reboot , i use default parameters , i update with my old good parameters  

I restart and my latency values are as with F7B --> some before 20µS
