Title: BIOS UPDATE

HI all,
Just a quick question if you please.
A while ago I updated all my drivers etc inc the latest Bios update for my Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L Mobo to the F6 version.
Since reading many threads on here ive noticed the advice always says to update Bios using the Q Flash method.
I updated using @Bios through Windows so should I update again using Q Flash or does it not really matter as I have not had any problems since updating?

No I would leave well alone. If you have been lucky and got away with using @BIOS for the update then that is fine. As long as you don't have any BIOS issues then no problem.
