hi, does anyone know how to reduce the system 1 fan header speed/voltage, with out affecting the CPU or other fan headers.

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

I would suggest buying a Zalman fan controller(about £5) and use that to reduce the fan speed as and when applicable.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion, but i was hoping to reduce the voltage via the bios.
