Title: GA-790XT-USB3 BIOS Update

How to Update BIOS F2 to F4 with BIOS Utlity but the BIOS settings stay.
Memory OC to 1600 MHz is now, default is 1333 and a want to stay 1600MHz.

Hi
the best way to update BIOS is to use the QFlash Utility. If you are not sure how to do that check here: http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,2441.0.html

When you update BIOS all your settings will be lost and you will have to manually re-set them.

I know that. I will write to the paper latency, voltage, everything and prescribe after BIOS update. This is safest way.
Before BIOS update do i have to return settings to Deafult. I save my BIOS in case somthing goes wrong.

No you don't need to make any changes to BIOS before you update it.

Thanx. Now i need GV-R5876P-2GD-B VGA BIOS. Because my 3D Vantage score is 12.500 (On High settings).10.10e with turn off MLAA.
CCC Everything on Default.
Next months i will update motherboard BIOS changde HDD for OS and Update VGA BIOS.
I will do it in service.
