Title: Motherboard usb function not working, pls Help

i am trying to install windows OS "when it is at the stage set below, the keyboard does not function to allow me to choose, also, keyboard does not work at command prompt

1. boot from cd
2. boot from hard disc "

keyboard only works in bios settings

i enabled usb legacy support from bios but still same problem

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte UK Forum.

If possible try using a PS2 keyboard as they are more responsive for this type of thing. If not can you post what keyboard /mouse combination you are trying to use?
