Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.
Yes, it's definitely a motherboard! ;)
I take it that you are asking about the LEDs all lighting up when POSTing? If that is right then don't worry as it is just a part of the POST process and they go out after moving on in the sequence.

Yes that big blue thing does anyone know what it is :P okay thanks, was just wondering since red lights are never good
-
As long as they go out after the initial testing phase there is no problem.
-
I also have this problem... except my computers not loading at all... even the initial load screen will not load with the POST.
Any ideas? Im guessing its either the motherboard or PSU.

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.
First off have you connected all the power cables to the motherboard ? That is the 24 pin and the 8 pin.
What PSU are you using ?
Have you got a buzzer installed ?
Perhaps you could list all your hardware please ?

Will48: That's happened to me when the memory is not configure manually. If I leave it at AUTO my board does that.
Mathew: I had the same issue after I was trying to configure my 1600Mhz memory to run at 1600Mhz. CyberPowerPC sold me this Corsair memory (CM3X2G1600C9NX) that supposedly runs at 1600Mhz but I can only get it to run sort of stable at 1066.
Try removing all SIMMS and insert just one. Then power on. It may not come on. Then power off. Insert a second SIMM. It should come on.
