Hello. I have a GA-770T-USB3 and Win7 x64, and I'm having problems with sleep and hibernation. When I send the sleep command, the computer seems to go into hibernation, and I cannot resume from it. I try to start up, but all I get is a blank screen. I end up having to unplug it from the wall and re-plug it in after 30 seconds. I've also built two computers with GA-880GA-UD3H that also have the same issue. I have the most up to date BIOS, and I have the mobo set to S3. Is there something I'm missing? I couldn't find an answer anywhere else, but I apologize if my question has already been answered in another post. If it has been answered, can someone direct me to it?

It sounds like you need to change the power savings options. (My computer works fine - see my signature).
Go to "Control Panel", "Hardware and Sound" and "Power Options" - make sure hibernate is not selected anywhere. My wife had trouble with this because her computer was set to sleep and then 5 minutes later hibernate.

Okay, thanks. It's a shame I can't hibernate, but I guess Win7 is fast enough that I don't mind booting it up every day. I just wanted to know if I could be lazy :P

IF you touch the 'msconfig/boot/advance settings'
you will have this problem getting a blank screen after resuming
try with that, leaving those settings at default, I always been able to hibernate and resume back without a problem, people use to "tweak" their systems leaving it without important features...

The other thing it could be is your PSU. If it doesn't support Hibernation then you will get this type of problem.
