Hi, first post here. Saw a similar thread but this is a separate problem so here's a new post.
As of about a week ago, my 32-bit Win 7 system properties now shows only 3.24 (or 3.25 some days) GB RAM useable. It used to show all 4 GB. ???
Bios recognizes all 4 GB, no errors in memory. System also recognizes all 4 GB are there, and it will only give me 3.2X to use.
No BIOS settings changed, nothing different that I can tell. I'm using BIOS FI, can't figure out whats up.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

That is normal with 32 bits OS

Right, but it WAS showing a full 4GB useable in system properties :-\
I've been running the system for 6 months, then a week or so ago it changed up on me. Why?

Yes as Pierre has said the 32 bit operting system can only utilise about 3.25Gb of memory. If you have a motherboard with onboard graphics you will probably find even less than that is available.
