Title: How to upgrade a Rev 1 UD3R ---> Rev 2

Hello,

I bought a Rev 1 mobo.  How do I upgrade it to Rev 2?

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte forum.

The short answer is you don't. If bit is a revision 1.0 board there is nothing you can do to make it into a revision 2.0 board. I can't really see why you would want to anyway as in my opinion the rev 1.0 boards are better. ;)

Oh!  Ok! Thanks.  Then, I'll just update the BIOS and keep gaming... ;D ;D

You only really need to update the BIOS if you have a problem that a BIOS update will  fix. There is no point in just updating to the latest one just because it's released.
