Title: P67 UD-9 Motherboard?
Post by: Jivenjune on February 03, 2011, 01:00:07 am
I'm planning to work on an Intel Sandy Bridge rig at some point, and I have my eyes set on the p67-UD7 by Gigabyte. However, with the recent recall of P67 chipsets, I'm forced to wait a few months before I can finish my build. At any point, I was curious as to whether there would ever be a UD-9 board for the P67 chipset? If so, is there any ETA on it?

Thanks,
Mike-

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

It is  a possibility but I think that it is unlikely to be honest. With the problem with the Sandy Bridge chipset making release a lot later than originally planned the next chipset will be out with the 2011 socket and I think it is more likely that all the higher end line will be pushed that way as it will be a more powerfull system.
