Title: GA-P43-ES3G (rev1.4) and Intel Q9300 Overclock

Where can I find information about the settings needed for overclocking the Q9300 to ~3.2 Ghz?
Also my Kingston KHX8500D2/1g (Part# 99U5315-053.A00LF) are showing up in EasyTune6 as PC2-5400(400 MHZ)not the 1066MHZ speed they were purchased for. What is the story here?
Do you have recomended BIOS settings for my desired performance configuration?
