Title: GA-M57SLI-S4 BIOS

1st I would like to thank Absic for sending me the bios file.

Have a new prob cant flash the bios to apply the new update, because I do not have an eariler chip like an(Athlon 64 x2 dual-core) thats the chip I had in orginally but cpu got damaged havent got a floppy drive in my system, only dvd/cd player.
Doesnt seem to want to boot no sign off life.Contacted Gigabyte Tech who told me to send the board back to them so they could flash the bios that way I could then use phemon(tm) II x2 545 processor 3.01ghz.
I cant find my proof of purchase and after reading the email from the RMA team it states:   If no invoice or proof or purchase can be attached, your request will be rejected.  So dont know what to do and if anyone can help me.
