When is it available?

GA-E350N-USB3 gives about 1.9Ghz OCability, how much do you think this board will give more than that?

In case no 4 body understands me, I'm asking about the difference between GA-E350V-USB3 and GA-E350N-USB3. And I'm asking about the availability of  GA-E350V-USB3
