A big thank you to Runn3r, had gone through the tech support but needed more advice regarding the above board ( required bios update).
Absic had but me in touch with Runn3r and through  him I got my RMA number, sent board back on Friday 04thMarch reach Ggiabyte on Monday 7th, brd updated on the 8th and shipped back to me on the 9th March.
I received the board back this afternoon, installed and reloaded Windows & all updates.
Runs like a dream.

I have posted here as I felt that a public thank you was nessasary as if It wasnt for his quick actions I would still be crawling up the walls.
So THANK YOU most appricated.
