Hello,
I am a first time pc builder and it has all went great apart from this one problem which I cannot fix.
Basically I cannot get my front panel mic and headphone jacks to work. The ones on the back work fine but I really need the front ones to work too.
My specs are:
GA-MA78LMT-US2H
AMD Phenom II 840 Quad Core Processor
Windows7 64bit.
Oh and my case is a tsunami desk manager:

Many thanks for any help offered.

				Hi
If your BIOS is like mine then there is a setting for Legacy audio or HDaudio for the front panel to match whatever type  you selected ..
I had the same problem and that fixed it for me..
Goodluck,

If you can get into the realtek (asuming its realtek?) options + "Disable front panel detection"
I have to do this with alot of new builds at work.
