did the x48tdq6 support the intel core i7 920 ?

That is the X48 chipset, which is still on the Socket 775. The i7 9 series uses the X58 chipset on the 1366 Socket, with core i5 and core i7 8 series on the 1155 Socket.

So basically no, but any Core 2 Quad / Duo would work fine :)
