Hi
I'm a noob, so bear with me.
I would like to add a Sata drive to my system. The problem I have is that I can't get into the BIOS to make any changes.
It goes right onto PMI or DMI and then boots into Windows 7.
I tried using Easytune6 and that doesn't even start in Windows 7.
ALso my CMOS light is on on my motherboard and i don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
If anyone can help me out that would be great.
Thanks

Hi,
To access bios on most mobo's hit f2 a few times upon booting,
your o/s disk manager should see the drive in win 7 , right click and format,
Don't think Easytune works with win7 at the mo,
that light you see may be power to mobo,
download the manual for your mobo and have a good readup,
regards

Well my Easytunes problem has been fixed . I uninstalled the old version and installed the update from the gigabyte website.
One down.
I'll take that light as being the pw sw. I misread the manual. Thanks.
I'm sure I'll have more questions.
