Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

The first thing I would suggest is to synchronise the two BIOSes so they both have the same version on  them. Decide on which one you are going to run and run the update then reboot and where you would normally press DEL to enter the BIOS, instead press Alt + F12, this will flash the Backup BIOS with the MAIN BIOS contents.   Do not worry when you see a recovery comment, that is normal and means it is flashing the backup BIOS

You say it runs fine but what stressing programs are you running to prove that and for how long ?

Had been pulling my hair out not able to get past 4.4ghz stable.
It would not even get past bios at 4.5ghz Am now running 4.8ghz at 1.43v idle 38c max 60c
Now i have only just set this up and quickly run cinebench 11.5 got a 7.51 score and i know i have not exactly tested for stability via prime95 intel burn test etc it might not even be stable but i had to post to say now i know its not a ram issue or bad board or chip

So basically we don't know if it is stable at all so far then.
