Please uninstall that @BIOS, and then install the latest version from here
http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/utility.aspx
Then download F13 or F14b from here, and update via @BIOS "From File"

Nothing changed. When i try to update from file ı saw again BIOS partnumber(award) is in correct error.why it seems last updated f8 ? f8 is already installed.why i can't see F13 or F14

What size is the BIOS file that you are attempting to use ?
When you downloaded and attemped to use it with QFlash had you unzipped it first ?

What size is the BIOS file ?

motherboard_bios_ga-p55a-ud3r_f13.exe = 945 KB
p55aud3r.F13= 2.00 MB

That is why you are having trouble with QFlash and the checksum error then as the previous updates were 1 MB. Assuming that your BIOS chip is one of the later ones that can physically handle the size of the new update you will have to download and run the latest version of @BIOS to do the flash the first time. After that you should be able to revert to using QFlash again.
Trouble is I think you have already tried this as Lsdmeasap suggested. His theory is sound however.

My @BIOIS is the latest version..How can i revert ? Bios id check error is still continuing.
-
If your @BIOS program is the latest incarnation of it then it should work fine.
Have you tried making sure all other non essential programs and services are shut down prior to running it ?

What is the meaning of BIOS partnumber(award) is in correct.
-
If I am understanding you right it means thta the BIOS that you are trying to use is not the correct one for the board.
-
I want to tell you this. You can see in the picture.
-
Well what it is saying is the same as I just said. The update file you are trying to use is not the right one for this motherboard. However because of the change of size from the old BIOS of 1 MB to the new BIOS of 2MB it may be just that which is confusing it.
It might be worth trying to use QFlash to update the BIOS to the version directly before it changed to 2 MB.
I think you need to talk to GGTS about it.
Just enter your email address and click on the language of choice.

can you tell me what can i write to them ? i think you understand the problem.
-
Basically just tell them that you are having this problem updating your BIOS to the new version and that you have tried with both QFlash and the latest version of @BIOS. Ask them to tell you how to do it. Dont forget to list your motherboard number and revision.
They are not exactly fast especially with the holidays at the moment so expect it to take several days for an answer.

My model is GA-P55-UD3R not GA-P55A-UD3R :)
-
That is not important except when you are looking for the right update file to download. Apart from that the principles are the same.
Have you tried downloading the correct file for your motherboard in view of this ? That may well be the reason why you were having trouble in the first place.
-
F8 is the latest update for my bios.
-
Yes that is correct from the motherboard model you have just given me.
