Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

I am getting the feeling here that this disk that you are trying to use is not  a genuine Windows disk. I am not interested in the moral aspects of this just whether it has been written on a PC ? If so I suspect that the disk is at fault and even though you can boot another machine off it optical drives do vary in their performance capabilities. I would suggest burning a new disk at as slow a speed as possible for the best quality copy.
