hello again.
I have installed a pair of 2x 4gb Corsair Vengance 1600mhz memory blocks into my computer.
When i boot up they show as running at only 1333mh.
Anyone that can give me a basic run down on how to make it run at 1600Mhz?

Hi
If memory serves me right the Vengeance memory modules come with a XMP attached. If You go into the BIOS and under the MIT section find the part that is described as Extreme Memory Profile and enable it by selecting Profile 1 and then save and exit. Your memory should now run at the 1600Mhz speed.

Worked as a charm.
Thank you so much Dark, you are a star.
Have run into a different problem now tho. When i try to turn on my system with 3x screens hooked up to the Asus 6070 DC II card(2x DVI and 1x Displayport) it just keeps turning it self on and of every 5 seconds. When i remove the displayport adapter it boots just fine. i load win 7 and plug in the displayport and all is good. Restarts are no problem, just the "cold" boot when the system has been shut off. Running at F3 bios.
Sys, cpu and gpu temps are all good.
Any idea why this is happening?

Hi
Glad the XMP worked fine.
Regarding the new problem I would say it sounds like a lack of power. When the system first starts it draws more power than at a restart etc so this could well be why you only get the problem on a cold start. What PSU do you have installed ?
