Title: Replacement Bakcplate for Gigabyte GA-EG41MFT-US2H G41

Hello,

I bought a Gigabyte GA-EG41MFT-US2H G41 Motherboard from ebuyer uk about a month ago. Yesterday I only got around to putting the new motherboard into a new case. But there was no backplate in the box. Everything else was in there except for the backplate. The motherboard was 100% new and everything in the box was all in there original wrapping.

So am wondering where I can buy a replacement backplate for the Gigabyte GA-EG41MFT-US2H G41 Motherboard. I have tried ebay and there is noting. Anyone got any suggestions. I really want to send it back to ebuyer over a backplate but if it comes to that then I will have to.

Hi

As absic has already suggested hopefully runn3R will be able to help you but I would also contact EBuyer as they have an excellent customer services team and I would expect them to be able to sort something out for you.

Thank you. I have sent runn3R a message. I will see what he/she says. If noting comes of it I will phone ebuyer. Thanks for the reply.

G41 boards don't have a backplate that I've ever seen

Or did you mean I/O shield?
