Hi
with a Phenom II X2 545, after I wake the machine from suspend-to-RAM one core shows me e.g. 32C while the other is at 40C and the values remain at a considerably similar difference and the fan works much faster which is annoying.
I'm using Linux, but in another forum someone noticed this behaviour also with a GA-MA770T-UD3P and Phenom II X2 550 under Windows 7 RC, but I don't know details from him yet.
On my system, there is no load that would explain the higher temperature. Also both cores are still at 800MHz. So I assume the temps are read wrongly.
I've updated to BIOS F7 but it didn't help. Could anyone confirm this problem?

Hi,
If this is your mobo, http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/Motherboard/BIOS_Model.aspx?ProductID=3096
It does not an F7 bios,
Try rolling back to an earler bios, and check temps,
Regards
