Gigabyte, get your act together!
I have just download a new version dated 9/9 of the LAN drivers for my motherboard. The version from "Europe" seems to be the same as the old version I'm running on already. Downloaded from "Asia" this contains later dated files and is bigger in size. Now doing download from "US" and "China" to try and find which one to use.
The plot thickens, both US and Europe seem to be old old version with file netrtx64.cat of 58KB dated 27/07/2009 15:29. Asis and China the netrtx64.cat file is 92KB dated 19/08/2009 23:59.
Which one should I use!!! It's no use raising a question with Gigabyte through the online system, I've waited about a week for a reply about the F* BIOS for this motherboard.
I've already given up using the JMB Sata chips on the board due to non working Windows 7 drivers.

Hi
LAN drivers - I checked at:
http://www.giga-byte.co.uk/Support/Motherboard/Driver_Model.aspx?ProductID=2958&ost=windows+7+64bit#anchor_os
downloaded from Asia: http://asia.giga-byte.com/FileList/Driver/motherboard_driver_lan_realtek_8111_w7.exe
and from Europe: http://europe.giga-byte.com/FileList/Driver/motherboard_driver_lan_realtek_8111_w7.exe
then compared the files netrtx64.cat and in both of them they are the same and new (size 92KB date 19/08/2009).
Regarding JMB Sata (GSATA) chip diver for Win 7 pls try from this link (http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/upload/files/2009-09%20gsata%20win7%20drv%20v.1.17.50.2.rar)
